ECOGERMA in Sao Paulo
01.02.2010
Brazil is striving for a sustainable model of development based on continuous growth, its extensive natural resources, and ambitious environmental and social programs.
In the light of these developments, the German Embassy in Brazil and the German Consulate General, working in cooperation with the German Chamber of Foreign Trade, organized the Ecogerma 2009 trade convention, which took place March 12-15, 2009, in Sao Paulo.
The innovative BETH filter products for the purification of exhaust gas from biomass combustions attracted the attention of Annette Schavan and Sergio Rezende.
They were explained in detail by Rodolfo Bernauer, a BETH license partner, and BETH® Filtration GmbH managing director Reiner Bär at the trade fair booth.
The biomass sector is considered to be an important driving force for the growth of environmental technology in Latin America. The successful cooperation with the Bernauer company is geared to expand the market potential of technology made in Lübeck.
